Hostel Dalagatan

I'm severely disappointed at this hostel. I usually sleep at hostels when I travel but this is too much as they prioritize money over security. The reason why Dalagatan is so cheap is because the reception is open only a few hours during the day and there is no security. This lack of security made it easy for sketchy people to come into the common areas. We had an encounter with a guy that was violent, would threaten us and even slapped other guests. Even though the hostel was contacted they didn't do anything about it and the guy was in the hostel for as long as us and even after.
So yes, it is a hostel that provides a place to sleep and a nice kitchen, but we ended up spending all the time outside as we felt safer out in the streets of Stockholm than in the hostel.
